When I make a thread I post it then when I go to the main board it doesn't show up until I refresh it.

Also sometimes when I edit the thread & save it - it doesn't show the changes until i refresh sometimes it doesn't even show at all.

It's the way MyBB and your browser is caching the pages... to turn this off, go to your ACP -> Configuration -> Server & Optimization Options -> Send No Cache Headers -> Yes

Although this might increase server loads and pages might load slower...
