I set UTF-8

I am not sure,Because some word is correct.

All of your tables are in UTF-8?

hanklu, turn off word wrapping in Admin CP (set to 0), it garbles UTF-8 characters in MyBB 1.4.3 - I believe it is already fixed for the next MyBB version, I reported the same problem (with Japanese) several days ago.

Yes,I had check it in phpmyadmin and Admin.

Try AdminCP -> Configuration -> Posting -> Number of Characters before Word Wrapping Occurs -> change to 0
