I promise I read the wiki

My board was loaded up automatically through Webring America. I want to replace the board logo and I have found the place in the Admin CP which gives the location, but I have no idea how to access that location to replace the gif.

Apologies, I'm not a experienced with Web Design etc. Can anyone point me to an idiot's guide?

With WebRing you can't access the file manager to upload an image but if you upload the image to an external host like PhotoBucket or ImageShack you can put the complete URL in the board logo field.
