I uploaded a theme from here and I went to the admin
of the forums like it said and then uploaded the xml in the admin
import a theme.

Well the front page of the forums looks good.

but if you go into general it goes back to the old layout....
the rest is okay.

Looks like you've done something wrong, none of the images are there.

Well did you upload images??

Try clearing the cache to push the new theme through.

Yeah the images are uploaded...oops I had it linked wrong on there but the general board still isn't working though...

The header one isn't working[I want it that way for now], I'm going to add a diff one soon.

In the settings for that forum, make sure it's using the default theme (or the Afresh one if it isn't the default theme).

Yeah it said it was on default but then I changed it to the name of the theme and now it works. Thank you.
