i added this mode so it can add the youtube url id and yahoo and msn
i activated it and nothing .........
I also added into my code a youtube thing that i saw somewhere on this forum and I added it into my code and nothing .. so im a bit confused
or is there a way users can use HTML only for youtube and such ... cause i heard if you have html enabled someone can cause some real damage if they really want, and i don't want to risk this for myself nor for the users of my forum of mybb
Add the flashplugin to your plugins, add
&hl=nl&fs=1
after the link from youtube.
You will get something like
[flash=640x480]http://www.youtube.com/v/6wHTFdTulC4&hl=nl&fs=1[/flash]
and it works like a charm, just happend we discovered this on my forum today.
what kind of YouTube url does the above plugin take? I'm currently using one that cannot use the whole YouTube url. For example,
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6HIKehektA I have to use the below code.
[youtube]j6HIKehektA[/youtube]
It would be awesome if I could use both the whole YouTube url and my current one.
I believe it requires the entire http:// URL.
ok so im going to download this plugin and then all i need to do is actiavte it and try it out , now do i have to do anything in the my mods section or no ....
another thing will i have to put[Youtube]
each time the

see i thought maybe there could be a code that we can modify in the Mybb so that it would show a icon in the codes like php icon
not everyone is going to know to put a bracket with yt then to close the bracket and stuff ... hmmm ... theres no other way to add a icon and install a php and activate it so it will have a youtube icon when posting in threads ?
All you do is upload the file to ./inc/plugins/ and then go to ACP > Configuration > Plugins and activate it
Yeah you need the tags but remember to close the end tag, [/youtube]

matt_ you wouldnt have a icon on hand so we can put it in somewhere in the images so it would show a icon for Yt, so all we would have to do is copy and paste it and then press on icon

can you explain to me what you mean in flash ... i dont see the flash plugin sorry, maybe its on youtube ?

ok let me explain something I dont have this icon in my options when posting so is there away to get a youtube | flash icon in the post settings when posting cause i dont even have a flash | youtube icon when posting ????

i have it as a icon for the thread post but not in where you can change colours and put in a quote section , theres no flash nor youtube icon ... so im a bit confussed here allow me to be as im new and these type of thinsg happen, once i get it ill be 1 happy guy
