If you're serious about running a forum you should really start to get your head around the file structure and how to upload/edit the files. It's in your own interest and you'll be much better off if you do.

Yeah, and then back to the problem of not having those files. Once the I get the person who made the forum for me an admin again we can figure it out.

You don't need to be an admin on the forum to access the files..... I mean the files are uploaded before you even install the forum to be an admin on...

Are you talking about the ones that go onto your actual computer? I don't have those.

They don't go on your computer unless you host on your computer, they are uploaded to the server.

If this is sounding totally meaningless to you, you really need to understand how this works if you're serious about this otherwise you'll find it much much harder.
