My Logo is set in the right place, and yes it is listed in the right place in the admin cp, but some can see it, and some can.

When I try to view the image I get this:

So there is an issue with the image itself.

Then how do I fix?

I found the URL to your logo, and tried to view it directly, and all I got was "The image “http://fsxforum.co.cc/images/black/sig5.png” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors."

Maybe your image is corrupted...but then again, I don't exactly know

Create a new image.
What program are you creating the image in?

Yeah, you'd better create a new image. But you might try reuploading it if you haven't tried that till now. Sometimes images get corrupted due a problem with the upload. Make sure you can view your image correctly from your computer then upload it to your server via FTP or try uploading it to an image hosting website like imageshack.us. See if this makes any difference. If not, then as DanEthical said, you'd better create a new image.
