When i put ftp into the db_mysql.php file located in the updates pack, a blank-white pages appears and it stays like that. But when i put the old one, it works without any problem. what can be the reason of that?

Are you sure your download isn't corrupted? Try downloading a fresh package

I have tried several times but it is unsuccessful
so i have uploaded the old db_mysql.php file
