Ok, so I can get into my ACP, and I have full permissions. I can go to the main categories, but that is it. When I attempt to, it says this:

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Sounds like a mod_security issue: [Wiki: Help:Mod_security] (Broken link, head over to docs.mybb.com instead).

If all else fails, ask your host to whitelist your domain against mod_security. If you search these forums you'll see countless threads about this issue...
