Other then in the Admin Control Panel I need to know how to change the cookie path like though the Cpanel/Host

inc/settings.php should contain your cookie settings. Please note though that it is not recommended you change settings from here. In fact, as of 1.4 I'm not even sure it works.

Be safe, make a backup.

You can change your settings from inc/settings.php, however, you will have to change them again from the Admin CP (otherwise the next time you edit settings from the Admin CP, the new values in settings.php will be overwritten with the previous values - settings are stored in both the database and in inc/settings.php).
