You need to tell us what you specifically want. What colors? What style? A new layout? Just posting something that says "Need Theme. PM me." doesn't work.

Just cause people can do something doesn't mean they will. Especially since you want people to do it for free. I would make a free skin if you left a link back, but since users and search engines don't go into the ACP, my linkback because useless.
The question is do you really, really need a custom ACP theme? The default theme isn't that horrible, plus it won't be seen by anyone else except administrators.
