I'm having a heck of a time upgrading from 1.4.2 to 1.4.4!

I followed the upgrade steps that came with the upgrade, but when I got to the upgrade screen the system won't accept my usr/pwd

I've tried many time with a variety of pwd variations. I locked the install directory to re-send the pwd (in case I had it wrong) but MyBB never sent it to me.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Can you log in on the forums ok??

This will set your password as 'test' and you should be able to log in.

How did you do the upgrade?

In the mean time, I would revert to a backup you (might have) took before you tried to upgrade. Create a copy of this forum (files and database) in a seperate directory, and try and perform the upgrade on that and see if you get the same problem...

Hang on, you didn't do ./install/index.php first did you??
