First, I tried bumping but it only added what I wrote to the original post and didn't change the post place.
Second, nothing changes. I have only one other template (the default one). I changed into that - nothing changes. Changed it back to 'Master...' - nothing changes.
The original template is ok - I tried loading it with a different name.
If I load another template (Vision) shows the correct inheritance.
I have to use the changed 'Notebook', as this has many changes (like plugins and correction for RTL). If it wasn't for this, I would have started, again, from the original template.

1. the domain is about to be deleted (this is why I'm giving an admin user over here) in, about, 09:00 (Israel time - GMT +02:00)
2. The AdminCP is in English, but the forum itself is in Hebrew. Try not using a user with English as a default language - the changed theme doesn't work very well in LTR env.
3. you can do whatever you want to the forum - I have a full backup (without the user I wrote).
