Everything has been fine all day and the only change i've made was some alterations to my website which didn't effect the forum in any way. It was fine for hours after that until that message appeared. The only other change I've made was, after seeing the message, i've tried uploading new copies of the files and even upgraded the forum from 1.4.3 to 1.4.4

I can still access the admin panel, but that's it. Can anyone give me a hand?

Yeah, I sent the problem to my web host as well and they've been looking into it. Haven't gotten an email back yet, but i'm guessing they got it back up and running.
