Repairing database tables

Or select the table, and from the dropdown menu in phpMyAdmin, select repair.

Go into PHPMyAdmin, find the table, and there's an option somewhere to repair it, or something to that nature.

I wouldn't have thought a contact form would affect the sessions table.... just repair the table and you should be ok.
