There is a plugin but with that you can only add 1, with this you can add as many as you like. Here's the plugin, but doing it with CSS is better IMO.

I use the Board Messages plugin to obtain the same result. You can add more than one message, and by adding classes to the board_message.css file, you can add any colors you like. But both methods work, so whichever you prefer.
