I moved to another server and dont have an config file. The deflaut config file is blank? Can i get a config where i can put in my info.

It's in ./inc/

If not, create a file called config.php in ./inc/ and use this code;

And edit in your database details into the database settings near the top.

Make sure your board URL is correct in your settings, and that ./cache/ and ./cache/themes/ is CHMOD to 777.

Everything Is Correct.
As For CHMOD It Says
All of the required files and directories have the proper CHMOD settings.

You have no CSS. http://chillinlounge.net/cache/themes/theme1/global.css brings up a 404. Go to ACP > Templates & Style > Create New Theme > give it a name, and set this theme as default.

What about it?? Just reupload the files and the .xml file if the theme isn't there.

i have theme so i just re-import it.
