everytime i do something this comes up once inwhile but, like 3 or 4 times day.


MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
2003 - Can't connect to MySQL server on 'mysql4.000webhost.com' (111)
Query:
[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server

any idea why?

That sounds a lot like a host issue to me.

000webhost is one of the worst hosts in my opinion. You might want to consider changing hosts. There is a tutorial in the "User Submitted Tutorials" forum that might interest you on how to change hosts.
