I installed the multiforum subdirectory and then i havewd an internal error, this:

MyBB SQL Error
MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error: 
1146 - La tabella 'informaticaeweb_db1._datacache' non esiste 
Query: 
SELECT title,cache FROM _datacache 
Please contact the MyBB Group for support.

What is 'the multiforum subdirectory'??

Should you not be asking there then as this wasn't caused by core MyBB?? I highly doubt anyone here can do anything as that is quite a complex script and I don't think many people know how it works.

Actually more more people don't know as work....
but, however it is a database's error, waht can i do now?

As I just said in my other post, ask on the forums in the link you gave, as something to do with that has caused a problem.
