How can I add a language pack, or need I to do this manually?
There should be a readme file with the language pack you download, follow the instructions in there.

A question more;
If I'll use an Mod thats not in the users language, will it English then?
If you have a plugin that only has an english language file, you'll have to add that file to the same location in the other language, otherwise it will cause an error if the user has that other language selected and the file is missing. Or you could translate it yourself.

How can I edit the main language. I can't find that!
UCP > Edit Options > it's near the bottom. Should also be a language selector in the footer by default.
I mean the language thats automatical set. Now its english..
Search for 'language' using the settings search feature and you'll find it. That probably won't change current users though.
