Is there a way to enable HTML in posts?
ACP > Forums & Posts > **choose forum** > Options > Edit Forum > scroll down to Miscellaneous Options > Yes, allow HTML in posts > *tick*.
However it is recommended you don't do this...
Yes, you can do this through the "Edit Forum Settings" tab when editing a forum.

It's only for a forum for admins anyway. What's the reason for not doing this?

Oh, if it's just for admins that's ok then. It isn't recommended for public use as someone can post up a script, or break things by posting </tbody> and breaking the page.
Hackers can put in all kinds of crap.
