I have already see this question much, but the anwsers of that threads don't work. So here my question:
Why I have a white page by installing the newest version of mybb?

Try and reupload the ./install/ folder.
I have done, its the same........
Did you delete the old one and upload a new one, or just overwrite it?? If actually deleting it and uploading a new one doesn't work, it might be some sort of host issue...
delete the old one and upload a new. And about the host, I use x10hosting.com
if you have Cpanel, check the error log there, and post back what it says within code tags.

Contact your host with that error.
I have installed it!!!
I have removed line 14 with the function set_time_limit() and it work!!!

Good, but I'd still contact your host with that error as they may have something set up which might interfere with MyBB.
