I am having trouble logging into mybb. I log in and it says thanks and then it prompts me to log in agian. How do i fix that?
This isn't a bug, this is what support forums are for. If you had searched you would know that.

Open ./inc/settings.php and remove .hostwoot from your cookie domain. Then go to ACP > Configuration > General Configuration and do it again. You theme is also broken as the image path you have set out in your theme settings is wrong.
Yes, do as Matt said the reason you get that is because your cookie settings aren't correct. Next time use search.
What should the path be for the themes then pls Matt?

No it's not a file, it's part of your cookie domain in settings.php, you need to remove it and then remove it again in the ACP settings.
Make sure your Board URL is
http://fox-hosting.co.cc/forum in your ACP settings.
