Hello,

Is there a way to make it so that all users are subscribed to all forums?

I have a friend who has a forum and wants all users automatically assigned to all forums.

That way the receive a message when a new message has been posted.

If you had used the search function, you would have found the answer to this yourself.

Without a plugin, it's almost impossible to do. Your best option is to change the settings so that the users receive a new email when someone posts a reply in a thread they have already posted in...

I think in that thread we came to the conclusion it was pretty much impossible to do it without hundreds of SQL queries. So as Tom said, the only thing you cna do is set it so they're subscribed for all future posts, as opposed to all the past ones as well.
