the picture says most of it.. i tried to log into Admin CP and I "logged in" and this popped up. Am I missing a file?

First off, reupload your admin directory (and save any other files you may have put there for plugins etc).

i found it, i was missing modules and styles

That'd be why then Glad it's sorted
