How to download email addresses on a one click or a small effort from a my BB forum
i am an administrator for my forum
Can anyone please help?

Either tell me the way to send them a group mail,

You can send mass mail in the ACP... ACP > Users & Groups > Mass Mail > Create New Mailing.
