Hi, I just downloaded latest myBB, and installed it on http://keremeos.org/forums directory. There's been a few questions on the way. When I finished install, the forum's home page appear blank. I went in to control panel at http://keremeos.org/forums/admin and played around with it, hoping the problem will go away. But no luck, it's still blank at http://keremeos.org/forums, I'm running myBB 1.4.4, PHP 5.2.5, MySQL 5.

Could anyone point me to the right direction? Thank you very much for your help.

You'll need to change the board URL in ACP > Configuration > General Configuration to http://keremeos.org/forums

Thanks, that's incredible. I can't believe the help is so fast. The index.php link works. But I double checked the board URL configuration, it is correct, yet still load blank page. Also the forum is still closed, even though I set it to be open. Is there a publish type of thing I have to click on ACP?
You also have other incorrect settings, which is why your theme doesn't work. Make sure ./cache/ and ./cache/themes/ is CHMOD to 777. I don't know why the page is blank though, it should show the index even if index.php isn't part of the URL...

Thanks for the reply. I'm sure there are incorrect settings. I don't have any experience with setting up a forum. I just checked system health, which says "All of the required files and directories have the proper CHMOD settings.". Any ideas?
Make sure the image path in the theme settings is just images

Yes, the setting is images.
I just found out you also have Wordpress, which you didn't mention, and it's probably this which is interfering with something.
Your using hostgator, i can tell because of http://keremeos.org:2082/

I had the same problem when i dled 1.4.4.

Contact hostgator and tell them about the problem, its their apache upgrades to the server, they fixed it for me. (I had the same problem as this and got it fixed like that.)

Thanks for the hint. I installed WP a few days ago, didn't even find time to play with it. Didn't realize that could be the problem. I just removed everything, installed mybb on a subdomain forums.keremeos.org, and installed WP on the root directory. So far both looking fine. Thanks again for your help.
