Hello all,

I am currently trying to get the plugin phpfreechat by R|| to work.

The first time it didn't work and I deactivated the plugin and reactivated it. Now there were two icons at the top to the chat!

I completely removed all the plugin and the phpfreechat files. The icons on the forum were gone.

However no I have reinstalled the plugin and the phpfreechat files and acitivated the plugin and there were 3 icons at the top I decided to deactivate and reactivated the plugin and now there are even 4 of the same icons (and I still haven't gotten the chat working )!

Does anyone know how I get rid of the three useless icons?

This should be in the header template of the theme your currently using.

ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > **expand template set** > Header Templates > header > remove doubles.

All this is, is the plugin doesn't edit the templates back when deactivated.

Thank you both for helping me with this. I will move it over to the plugin section now because there seems to be techinical problem with the plugin as stated by DarkValentine. The plugin kills the thread view count.
