At first I thought this was a plugin problem but now two of my plugins are doing this.

It's odd any ideas???

It does that for different themes?

add colspan="2" for the tables.

where? on the database tables or???

No not in the database, in the template for that group legend.

no idea where to even look at that point...

ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > Global Templates > open the template for the plugin and make the change.

anyway to change the order of the blocks like have UserGroup Legends under Board Statistics?

Err... you'll probably be able to open your index templates or index_boardstats and move the variable.
