As you can see above I need to fix my edit button for mods/admins. Where would I find this template? I have search through everything I believe. Thanks.

it doesn't need fixing, its the image that is missing... find what image it was using, find the image location and check it.

Make sure postbit_edit.gif is in the /english/ folder of your theme folder.

it's not an image, css

css requires an image most of the time (mybb header is css but is an image?)

Well then you need to assign a CSS class to that link in exactly the same way as you did with the others.
