i need a plugin tat allows only admin to use html tags... can any one tell where to find it for free... labrocca ha one but we have to subscribe for it....

The only plugin is Labrocca's plugin. If you don't want do a subscribe you can post 100 posts in webmasterforums.biz and require a free subscription!
