In PHPMyAdmin, or some other database manager, find the sessions table, and there should be an option to repair it.

Thanks! I'll try it out.

EDIT: Something's not working with the repair script from the tutorial; I changed the script as suggested so that it fit mybb_sessions, and it's still not reading. I'll go into phpMyAdmin and do it manually.
