It's working here, however you'll have to create some forums before anything much else appears on the index page.
If you checked just now, GZip was turned off. I've turned it on again in case you have the time to check again.
There are forums, altho they are only showing at the moment unless you are logged on.
This is how it looks like:
IE with GZip turned off
FF with GZip turned off
Just keep gzip off. Some servers dont support it. And it does no harm to your forum. All it will do is make it a second or two slower to load (or something like like).
