I got this error when upgrading to 1.4

Fatal error: [SQL] [1062] Duplicate entry 'flamebo_89' for key 2
ALTER TABLE mybb_users ADD UNIQUE KEY username (username) in /path/forums/inc/db_mysql.php on line 548

What do I need to do now? Restart the whole process?

On another note I am noticing a lot of non-unique keys (I refreshed the page, and I have 100s of non-unique usernames.) Anyone know what could have caused this?

ok, did u close the board when u started the upgrade and deactivated all of the plugins?
