Hey Guys

I'm new to this forum stuff...
I cant really code or whatever...
So, I used a host for my forums.
Well, the host is going out of business, so they told us to make backups of our forum. I was using MyBB 1.4x on FreeMyBB. Now that I downloaded the MySQL dump database thing, how do I re-host it? Sorry about the dumb question Confused its just that im new to this.
To be EXACT, here's the forum's statistics
MyBB Version 1.4.3
PHP Version 5.2.6
SQL Engine MySQLi 5.0.67
Server Load 0.11

Thanks Big Grin
The best and easiest thing that you can do is use your host's control panel (hopefully he has Cpanel) and make a full backup of your account that way. If you can't use the host's tools to backup, then you'll have to do it manually. You'll need to backup your mysql database, as well as your html / php files.

If your new host doesn't have a control panel restore (well, any good host will have this), but if not, use phpMyAdmin to restore your database backup.
