Well I Went To Run The Upgrade.php, But It Said I Had To Remove "Lock" From The Install Directory, So I Went On FTP And Tried To Delete It And It Said:

"553 This file extension is not allowed"

So I'm Unable To Delete The File, Any Help?

This sounds like a host issue of some sort.

Please contact your host to resolve this issue.
