hi, I got few mail from user they cant log in their ID , when they put their user name and pass its showsPlease correct the following errors before continuing:

Please fill out the image verification code to continue the login process. Please enter the code exactly how it appears in the image.
: but i couldnt c any image and they couldnt c any image... 4 this they couldnt log in .... what i should do to solve this problem ???

I believe it's a plugin problem, it happened to me. Disable all of your plugins. See if that helps.

This is a known bug, and has been fixed in the internal code. As a temporary fix, you can disable the CAPTCHA by going to Configuration -> General Configuration -> CAPTCHA Images for Registration & Posting, and turning it off.
