What version do use?? What browser?? Do you have a custom theme??

The New Reply page has options to add Icons,smileys, attachments and few other things but I don't see a tagbox.
I was looking to add a list of admin defined tags to the compose page so any post can be tagged with multiple tags (like social bookmarking eg. digg, de.licio.us etc.). Does the basic MyBB application provide this functionality or is there a plugin I can use?
I perused all the plugins and was unable to find any that provide the above mentioned functionality. I would appreciate any help.

There isn't a tag feature by default, I don't think there's a plugin for it either. The screenshot in the first post didn't show a tag box, it was just the default text editor.
Also, it's better to make a new thread than bump a 9 month old one
