For the third time, it's probably best to ask on the forum of the person who created the theme as they will know how to fix it, as they created it.

Well, I'm not certain, but here's a theory:
I think that sidebar might be getting crunched because the container is so small so you could try navigating to:
Admin CP > Templates & Style > Themes > Magnet {or whatever that theme is called} > Edit StyleSheets > global.css
then choose #container and change the Width: property to a higher value (like 95%). Then press Save Changes & Close.
