Hello,
I have mybb (latest version) and for some reason some members are not receiving emails to subscribed forums. I double checked their settings and everything is fine. I have tried it myself and I get the emails.
I told them to look through their spam and they didn't find anything. The users are admins.
The board is using the default PHP mail to send email messages.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what it could be?
Any help would be appreciated.
