I don't know why you're re-installing, nobody ever told you to do that and it really isn't necessary.

Choose whichever database type your host has, usually mysql or mysqli, and don't change the cookie settings on the installation page, they're usually correct, that's why they're there.

ok , i just do a clean installation only to certain that not my fault
ps: on boarding configs. now
3 chars for admin login is ok? or need more by default?

PS: Your copy of MyBB has successfully been installed and configured correctly

Now i must change setting.php atributes to 666 via ftp server soft.? and delete the cookies of FF
Must i delete instlation folder also?

so i change setings.php chmod 666 and now The settings have been updated successfully. Thanks, i dont know why it dont save it before but now its working , i think its a cookie insue but dont matter now its working!
