UCP > Edit Options > Date and Time Options
And moved to correct forum.
You can alter the "global" time for your board (as in, you can change the current time seen in the top right of your image) by going to your ACP -> Configuration -> Date and Time Formats and changing the Default Timezone Offset to your correct timezone.
