Okay when you delete a message that has Message Tracking on it and it marked as read it still shows there would it not have to be deleted once you delete it in your index/trash as that message no longer exists?

Well, the tracking tracks messages you sent, so they wouldn't be in your inbox, but in your sent box.
Okay put it this why i deleted the messages from index/sent and trash and they are not removed from the tracking.
Alright what you're saying is true. (not sure if it's a bug or the way it was designed, but I'll let a developer decide.)
To Reproduce:
Send yourself a PM, once sent, delete it from your Inbox, Sentbox, and Trash. Visit your tracking and it still exists.
