Hi, I have a blue box around the:

Next
and it changes white when I hover, and on the sellected page.

I can't find in the templates where to change it.

In global.css (found in ACP => Templates & Style => Your Theme Options => Edit Theme, find the "pagination" classes. You can change the colours and style there.
