You would need to edit your postbit templates.

No template changes...

For you: UCP > Edit Options > Thread View Options > Display posts in classic mode > *tick*
For guests and new users: ACP > Configuration > Show Thread Options > Display posts using the classic layout

The first process is to set it for you. The second process is to set it for guests and new users. The link is to set it for current users.
