How do I add like more links to this header? Like which template do I have to edit. Do I have to edit he xml?

You're on the Afresh theme, so open your header_welcomeblock_member and header_welcomeblock_guest and see how each link is set up. You'll have to add a new CSS class for Afresh, open your global.css file and see how the standard ones are set out, copy one, and edit it appropriately.
