Some users can not log in to forum.
Although there is no image verification they get this error:

Please correct the following errors before continuing:

Please fill out the image verification code to continue the login process. Please enter the code exactly how it appears in the image.

some mods and admins can not log in.
What can be the problem and how can i fix it?

This is a known bug, and will be fixed in 1.4.5. For now, set the password guess limit to something higher, I think that gets round it.

The bug was fixed in this member.php file, overwrite your current member.php with this one.

I still have problem.
Before i changed member.php there was just warning.
Now there is also verification image but still they can't log in.

So even though they enter the correct code, they still can't log in??
