someone just signed up on my forum and it still says they are a guest, and i have all the permissions checked for them to post and all of that, is this a bug or did i change a setting?

Howcome your site is in an iframe?? That might be causing a cookie problem... when I right click instead of saying 'View page source' it says 'View frame source'...
I registered and I am able to login, logout, etc. No problems with your cookie settings. You may want to try to clear your browser's cookies.
The frame seems to be because you use a .co.cc domain name, but that is no problem since your cookie settings are correct.
