I didn't see anything about age in the ToS agreement. Can you be 15 and still get paid by a Money Order?

Meh. Just another site that probably has some weird loophole in it.

I have no clue about that, you will need to contact them and ask them.

But if you are 15 you can always put your parents name on it.
