The CAPTCHA Doesn't Appears in my forum registration page. I need help.

It seems like some HTML is being inserted before the CAPTCHA is outputted. Did you add this yourself? You can find the HTML if you download your CAPTCHA image and open it in Notepad or another text editor. See attachment.
